Things to look for in a good coffee:
Body – Starts with a light “thin” mouth-feel and progresses to a full-bodied “heavy” mouth feel.
Flavor – Ranges from mild to deeply rich. By far the most subjective of coffee’s characteristics is distinctiveness. Distinctiveness does not necessarily mean better; many coffee drinkers prefer a mild brew.
