To do this, simply add the items you wish to order to your online shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, click the SHOPPING CART link in the top navigation to view your cart. From the shopping cart page you can choose the shipping method you want and calculate the shipping costs. Indicate on your order form which shipping method you chose and the shipping cost.

We do not charge sales tax on any orders except for shipments to the state of Pennsylvania. PA does not charge sales tax on food items, all other items such as teapots, tea chests, etc., are consider taxable in the state of Pennsylvania. All pre-made gift baskets that contain food items are also considered taxable.
Once your order is finalized through our online shopping cart or with our customer service department, it cannot be canceled or changed for any reason. Once a mail order is received and processed it cannot be canceled or changed for any reason. If a delivery attempt is made and a package is refused you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra shipping charges.

Shipping Candy
In order to ensure that our chocolate, cookies with chocolate, and clotted cream products will arrive to your door in good condition, you must choose Next Day for your shipping method. We cannot guarantee the condition of these perishable items if you do not choose Next Day for your shipping method.
In order to ensure that your order does not sit and perish at a hot shipping facility over a weekend, we will only ship out orders containing chocolate, cookies with chocolate, or clotted cream products Monday through Wednesday, regardless of shipping method.
Please note:
Ice packs are shipped with these products, however, they do not last more than 24-48 hours; if you choose to ship a different method other than Next Day, Online Stores, Inc will not be held accountable for the condition your products arrive to your door, nor will Online Stores, Inc authorize any reshipping, replacements, or credits.
We also cannot guarantee the condition of perishables shipping to APO addresses or Canada. For further information or clarification, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-877-734-2458.
Proof read your order carefully. Shipping information cannot be changed once you submit your order. We process orders very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfillment process we're unable to modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that our faster processing times work to your advantage.
If your address is invalid and any correction needs to be made by Online Stores Inc. or any of our carriers, you can be charged an additional fee of $10.00 per package for ground or economy service and $15.00 per package for any express shipping service.
Undeliverable & Refused Packages
If a delivery is refused for any reason, or considered undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra shipping charges. Please proof read your typing before continuing.
WASHING OR DEFACING ANY ITEM PURCHASED FROM ONLINE STORES, INC AUTOMATICALLY CONSTITUTES AS NON-REFUNDABLE NON-RETURNABLE

DEFECTS: Defective items must be reported within 14 days of receipt. Online Stores,Inc. will exchange the defective item(s) if reported within 14 days. Some items may have a natural flaw which is not considered a defect. Online Stores, Inc. will not be liable for defective items NOT reported within the 14 day policy.
Food products and candy are not returnable. Opened tea is not returnable.
You can return unused goods within 14 days of receipt for any reason. We will credit you the full amount of the goods value but not the shipping charges.

Shipping Times Most orders usually ship the same business day if placed before 3:00PM EST and the items are in stock. Deadline for orders requiring Next Day, 2nd Day, 3 Day, or Ground delivery is 3:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) for items in stock. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will ship by the end of the next business day for items in stock. Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day orders placed on a Friday after 3:00 PM EST will ship the following Monday. We ship to all US States, US Territories, and to Canada only. Orders that ship economy will ship within two business days if placed before 3:00PM EST and the items are in stock.
