Personalization: All personalization is included in the pricing. We engrave gifts EXACTLY as written on the order. If you write your order in all CAPS we engrave in all CAPS, etc. Products are done in font pictured. Changes to an order cannot be made to an order once submitted, so be sure to verify all information closely before submitting.

Shipping:We try to ship all engavable gifts in 2-3 business days.

Make sure to place orders 3-4 weeks in advance if you need your gift by a specific date. If your engraved gift is needed sooner than 3-4 weeks from the order date, an upgrade to expedited shipping (Next Day, Second Day, Three Day, etc) and/or the RUSH ENGRAVING option ($25 fee) is advised.

By adding this RUSH ENGRAVING option, your order will be engraved and shipped within 24 business hours. This does not mean that your order will arrive to you within 24 business hours, UNLESS you choose Next Day Air shipping AND the RUSH ENGRAVING option.

Defects or damages MUST be reported within 7 business days of delivery date. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
