Changes to an order cannot be made to an order once submitted, so be sure to verify all information closely before submitting. If the order has not gone into production we can make a change for a fee of $25.00.
Shipping: We try to ship all engavable gifts in 2-3 business days. Please Note: Orders for this item may take up to 2-3 days to process before shipping, regardless of shipping method chosen, unless RUSH PERSONALIZATION is added.
Make sure to place orders 3-4 weeks in advance if you need your gift by a specific date. If your engraved gift is needed sooner than 3-4 weeks from the order date, an upgrade to expedited shipping (Next Day, Second Day, Three Day, etc) and/or the RUSH PERSONALIZATION option ($25 fee) is advised. By adding this RUSH PERSONALIZATION option, your order will be engraved and shipped within 24 business hours.
Defects or damages MUST be reported within 7 business days of delivery date. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
