If you write your order in all CAPS we engrave in all CAPS, etc. Products are done in font pictured. Changes to an order cannot be made to an order once submitted, so be sure to verify all information closely before submitting. If the order has not gone into production we can make a change for a fee of $25.00.

*Shipping: We strive to ship all engravable gifts within 2-3 business days. Please be sure to place orders 3-4 weeks in advance if you need your gift by a certain date. If needed sooner, expedited shipping, and/or a RUSH engraving ($10 fee) is advised. Rush Engraving will engrave and ship your gift within 24 business hours. Defects or damages MUST be reported within 7 business days of delivery date. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
