Changes to an order cannot be made to an order once submitted, so be sure to verify all information closely before submitting. If the order has not gone into production we can make a change for a fee of $25.00.

*Shipping:We try to ship all engavable gifts in 2-3 business days. Make sure to place orders 3-4 weeks in advance if you need your gift by a specific date. If your engraved gift is needed sooner than 3-4 weeks from the order date, an upgrade to expedited shipping (Next Day, Second Day, Three Day, etc) and/or a RUSH ENGRAVING option ($25 fee) is advised. By adding this RUSH ENGRAVING option, your order will be engraved and shipped within 24 business hours. This does not mean that your order will arrive to you within 24 business hours, UNLESS you choose Next Day Air shipping AND the RUSH ENGRAVING option. Defects or damages MUST be reported within 7 business days of delivery date. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please remember that nothing will guarantee your engraved gift will ship out within 24 business hours unless the Rush Engraving is applied, regardless of ship method.
